Refund and cancellation policy:

The following refund and cancellation policy applies:
1. For registrations cancelled at least 10 business days prior to the workshop start date, a student will receive a refund of tuition fees paid, except a 50$ CAD/USD or 50 € administrative fee.
2. For registrations cancelled between 5-10 business days prior to the workshop start date, a student will receive a 50% refund of tuition fees paid, except a 50$ CAD/USD or 50 € administrative fee.
3. No refund for registrations cancelled 4 business days or less prior to the workshop start date.
4. No administrative fee required for a student wishing to be replaced by another person of his/her choice.
